Are you an immediately available Credit Controller looking to get back into a fast paced working environment?

I am working with a business that are wanting a strong Credit Controller to initially come in on 3 month FTC with the potential of going permanent.

Role:

  • Build good working relationships with customers
  • Raise any issues affecting expected payments with customers and agreeing resolution
  • Communicating any issues with customer payments to key stakeholders
  • Chasing overdue accounts by telephone and email
  • Chasing payment of resolved queries
  • Providing regular updates on progress of overdue accounts
  • Escalating any issues preventing collection
  • Recording and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Achieving company targets for the reduction of debtor days and cash collection

What you need?

You will need to be the kind of person that has a good attitude to proactively chasing debts and a hardy personality to be successful. This is an ideal role for someone that prides themselves on resilience and good negotiation skills in challenging situations.
