Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid working
Calling all experienced Housing Officers/Customer Service Officers looking for a new role. Currently working with an expanding Housing Association based in Birmingham, West Midlands. The expansion is due to influx of workload and needing some more people on the ground. Do you to help people and make a difference? Then this role is for you!
Main duties include:
- Being first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Working with vulnerable groups to resolve issues regarding housing tenancy or even some safeguarding cases.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure to provide full support to them in their time of need.
- Offering advice and support to residents
- Onboarding and offboarding residents as required.
- Case management, ensuring paperwork is relevant and up to date.
- Administrative duties
- Other Ad hoc duties
Ideal Candidate
- Have experience within Customer service within the Housing sector.
- Ability to communicate well with residents who may have difficult background/circumstances.
- Ability to be empathetic and to portray the resident is being heard.
- Can be a tough role supporting vulnerable groups, therefore the ideal candidate needs to be hard headed but someone who wants to help people and make a difference!
