Role Summary


We are seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager to lead a comprehensive global rebranding initiative for a renewable energy client. . This strategic project will span firmware, hardware, software platforms, product casings, packaging, and all associated documentation, aligning with newly established corporate brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will be a structured and results-driven project leader with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving change within industrial, energy, or technology-driven organizations. While branding experience is not required, the role will work closely with internal marketing and brand teams to ensure successful execution.


Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement a detailed rebranding roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product management, engineering, UX/UI, operations, site leadership, and corporate brand teams to ensure cohesive brand rollout.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure trademark protection and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for design, production, and deployment of branding assets.


Change Management & Communication

  • Design and execute internal and external communication plans to educate employees, customers, and partners.
  • Facilitate training and support for sales and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth adoption of new branding.


Execution & Delivery

  • Maintain rigorous project tracking, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving project demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with software UI branding, product labeling, and technical documentation.
  • Experience managing rebranding projects in B2B technology, industrial, or energy sectors.
