We are working with a financial services business who are seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst. This is a pivotal role supporting the Head of Enterprise Risk in embedding robust risk management practices across the organisation.

You'll be involved in everything from assurance testing and policy development to risk workshops and training delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse group of stakeholders, influencing risk culture and helping shape enterprise wide compliance and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and embed first-line enterprise risk policies and procedures.
• Support risk reporting for key committees and governance forums.
• Coordinate second-line reviews and third-line audits.
• Conduct risk and control reviews aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Collaborate across teams to promote a culture of effective risk management.
• Provide guidance on compliance and enterprise risk matters.
• Assist in financial crime investigations and external reporting.
• Lead and support training initiatives to build risk awareness.

Person Specification:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in enterprise risk, compliance, or financial crime within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
