A creative brand company behind some of the world's most recognised marketing campaigns based near Egham are looking for a finance assistant to join their high performing team. This role will directly support the Financial Controller in the running of the day-to-day finance responsible for Accounts Payable and assisting in the preparation of the management and financial accounts. This role offers hybrid working with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the everyday management of accounting operations.
• Understanding and rectifying the use of company credit cards and staff expenses.
• Overseeing the AP inbox and processing invoices.
• Project administration surrounding accounts.
• Providing admin assistance on finance matters to the Finance Controller and Finance Director.

Skills/experience:

• Good knowledge of VAT.
• Able to work independently.
• Good understanding of Sage 50 & Excel.
• Individual who thoroughly thinks through problems and finds solutions.
• Individual who asks questions to fully understand operations and transactions.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence.
