Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with an Owner Founder, Consumer Facing business and they are currently seeking a highly astute Finance Director Designate who is looking to step up and grow into the role of a Finance Director.

The Finance Director Designate will lead a small team and be responsible for the financial and legal obligations, control and reporting to include budgeting, planning, treasury and tax; ensuring all operations are completed accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the Director, you will also be heavily involved in managing cash flow, business planning and commercial activities . You will use your knowledge to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace.

With a shared passion for growth the ideal candidate will be an extremely hands on and highly motivated individual.

The ideal candidate must:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), preferably chartered.
• Experience of working within a SME or Divisional role; working in Supply Chain, Consumer Facing, Logistics, Retail, Property Development and or related sectors.
• Excellent leadership with a hands-on approach
• Ability to influence, debate and seek solutions
• Looking for the next step and on the upward trajectory.
