Start your job searchMarks Sattin is delighted to be working on a new opportunity for a Finance Manager for a growing leisure business based in the North West.
Part of a larger group, this division has over 100 sites nationwide and is expecting further growth over the next 12 - 24 months.
Initially this role will be project focused as they look to implement a new fixed asset system and roll out IFRS 16 reporting throughout the business.
Longer term the role will evolve into more of a BAU Finance Manager where you will be responsible for management accounting, commercial analysis, business partnering with operational stakeholders (managers) and ensuring full compliance with all group reporting standards.
This is an exciting role for either a candidate who has trained in practice due to the more technical elements in the beginning, however an industry experienced candidate with good exposure to projects and/or IFRS 16 would also be considered. As this will involve travel to different sites (based in Greater Manchester) a candidate who is flexible around location would be preferred.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this market leading business offering huge potential for further career development.
