Start your job searchMarks Sattin are partnerning with an iconic global fashion retailer as they embark on a period of growth and transformation to support their financial reporting team. This role is a 12-month FTC, with the possibility to get extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the month-end close
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Prepare and review the balance sheet reconciliations
- Support on audit requirements and act as a key point of contact
- Quarterly financial reporting submissions
- Inventory accounting and oversight of store receipt reconciliation
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and process improvements
- Any other ad hoc project work
Successful Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA)
- Top 10 audit-trained is highly regarded
- Consumer (preferably retail) industry experience
- Strong financial controls/reporting skills
- Knowledge of ERPs (e.g. SAP, D365)
- Available at short notice
