We are supporting a fast growing digital media and technology business is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and support the leadership team with clear, commercial insight.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast?paced environment and wants to make a real impact. You'll manage the full finance function, deliver accurate reporting, and partner closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision?making. You'll also help improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance financial visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Manage cashflow, banking, payroll, expenses and supplier payments.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support pricing, commercial modelling and new business proposals.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong management accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence with finance systems.
• Able to communicate financial information clearly to non?finance teams.
• Experience in digital media, tech, creative environments is a bonus.
