Start your job searchI am working with a global technology business who are looking to add a financial accountant to their team based in London.
This is an exciting newly created role looking after the UAE and Brazilian entity for the business as it continues to grow. This role required the successful candidate to be fluent in both English and Spanish.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Monthly accounting for UAE subsidiary, including all postings and loading results to group consolidation tool
- Preparing UAE statutory accounts and liaising with local UAE auditors
- Liaising with other group companies on transfer pricing recharges
- Working with UAE subsidiary tax advisers on sales tax submissions for UAE, Turkey and India
- Liaising with local accountants for South American subsidiary for monthly results, ensuring deadlines are met and reviewing reporting
- Liaising with local tax corporate tax advisers to ensure annual compliance is met (both regions)
- Ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will be experience in credit and bank reconcilations. You will have exposure to VAT and Tax and be keen to gain more expsoure in those areas. Multi-Currency and Multi-entity experience is also a must. You will be actively studying ACCA/ACA/CIMA and be keen to join a fast paced growing business.
