Financial Controller (Qualified) - Reading (Hybrid) - £70,000 to £75,000

We need a technically strong, but commercially minded Controller.

A blended role with ability to influence change from day one, looking at processes, controls and systems to own and drive change.

You'll be tasked with bringing a number of outsourced processes in-house.

Managing a team of Transactional Finance staff based out of India, working closely with the MD to drive efficiency and bring real value add to the role, currently circa £10million turnover these guys are ready to embark on a period of fast growth and have a diverse portfolio of companies covering everything from construction, property investment, retail units and more.

The MD described this hire as someone that is "experienced, a lateral thinker and naturally commercially minded"

Day to day think:

• Overseeing Payroll, AP& AR
• Budgets, Forecasts, Cash Flow
• Being a Business Partner to senior leaders across the business
• Overview of systems, processes and controls with a view to optimise
• Support the Audit process (internal & external)
• And more.....

You'll need to be....

• Fully ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
• Experience working in an owner managed business would be advantageous
