Senior Financial Modelling Analyst - Dublin

Unique opportunity for an expericne Financial Modeller to really test themselves in a pure M&A Environment, focusing on the development and review of complex Financial Models.

This role takes a 360 view on M&A and the role will develop in time to a fuller M&A position, however the initial 18 months will be very much focused on delivering exceptional financial modelling service to a range of C Suite and Listed global clients - You will be clietn facing with this position as well.

The role:

  • Development and review of detailed Financial Models utilising advanced excel for the use in Merger and Acquisition transactions.
  • Lead the review of Financing arraignments, business plans, projects as well as financial statements.
  • Review and prepare complex reports and presentations for clients.
  • Deliver presentations to C Suite clients based on Financial Models and utilize your experiecne to advise and educate clients on financial model projections and answer queries.
  • Utilise advanced modelling techniques and AI to enhance financial models.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director on specific mandates across a variety of sectors including Technology, Clean Tech, Renewable Energy and Pharma.
  • Build positive rapport with the internal M&A Team as well as external C Suite clients.
  • Act as the "Go To" within the firm from a Financial Modelling and mentor juniors within the business.

Your background:

We are seeking a Financial Modeller who has gained at least 4 Years Financial Modelling experiecne ideally coming from an M&A, Corporate Finance or Transactions Services background. ACA, ACCA, CFA Qualification would be preferred in this instance although Level 9 masters across Finance will also work.
