A high-quality, luxury consultancy service is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the centralised finance team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as a key strategic business partner to our diverse agencies
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that support commercial decisions
• System ownership, ensuring accurate data feeds and user access
• Lead continuous improvement and automation
• Assist in driving the annual budget and quarterly re‑forecast processes
• Build relationships with various Head of departments, translating financial information into actionable insights
• Provide regular performance reviews, explaining variances and highlight risks/opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management packs
• Track key KPIs and provide commentary for senior leadership
• Process and system improvement, working closely with finance and IT
• Provide training and support for systems

This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and proactive individual, to combine Business Partnering with technical FP&A and systems skills. The ideal candidate will be part qualified or qualified in ACCA/CIMA with at least 1 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or Management Accounting.

Knowledge of Power Query and excellent Excel skills is essential.
