Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a fantastic Retail business who are looking for a talented French speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is an ongoing contract that could potentially be made permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Lancashire and will be office based.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor AP email inbox / ticketing system
- Direct Debit monitoring
- Balance sheet account reconciliation
- Communicating and liaising with suppliers to resolve any invoicing, payment or other queries
- Posting invoices / credit notes per business requests
- Processing all non-purchase order and purchase order invoices for payment
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- French speaking
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent client and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
