An experienced Fund Finance contractor with a background in Private Equity is required for an exciting 6 month contract based in London. My client is at the forefront of sustainable investing and this role reports directly to the head of the team.

The successful candidate will work very closely with finance, investment teams and traders so excellent communication and strong analytical skills are a must.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Accounting support for the businesses Private Equity Funds
  • Supporting the investment team in deal transactions
  • Liaising with fund board members to coordinate the approval of transactions
  • Oversight of fund administrators
  • Overseeing the Fund Accounting process for LP's
  • Providing financial data for pitch books and client due diligence to Investment teams
  • Ad-hoc project work to develop the business infrastructure and processes

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified or equivalent with a background working in Private Equity Funds whether that be in-house at another fund, from within an accountancy practice or fund administration environment.

Due to the urgent nature of this role, candidates on longer than two weeks notice cannot be considered for this position.
