The candidate will have a fantastic base from which to build upon thanks to a straight Graduate programme or a rotational scheme.
Be prepared to use your knowledge of how a business operates to make positive high level changes to the clients that they serve. A typical project could entail taking a view on marketing, people, finance, sales, logistics, growth plans, venturing, and M&A to state but a few of the business functions that you will look at if you are successful in your application. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a 2:1 or equivalent from a reputable university.
