Start your job search12-month maternity cover with a leading entertainment group based in London. The Group Financial Accountant plays a key role in delivering the internal and external reporting requirements for the UK group.
Role entails:
- Preparing consolidated balance sheet reports under US/UK GAAP
- Overseeing external audits (US GAAP), statutory audits (FRS 102), and internal SOX audit
- Preparing/reviewing group and individual statutory accounts (FRS 102)
- Assisting with lease accounting, tax calculations, budget/forecast updates
- Coordinating with Tax department, reviewing provisions and writing technical memos.
- Ad hoc projects - setting up new entities
Successful Candidate
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Up to date knowledge of Financial Reporting standards, including FRS102
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Available immediately or with short notice
