The Opportunity

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and mentor a high-performing BA team, championing best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Strategy: Establish frameworks and methodologies that elevate business analysis across the organisation.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Translate complex business needs into actionable solutions, influencing decisions at the highest level.
  • Deliver Excellence: Oversee analysis for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable success.
  • Innovate: Introduce new tools, techniques, and ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior BA leadership roles within consulting, technology, or transformation environments.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for driving change and delivering value.
