Start your job searchInterim HR Analyst required on a 3 month interim contract for a leading organisation in Birmingham City Centre.
The successful candidate will provide analytical, project management and systems support for the HR function - this will include owning and optimising the current HR system.
Key Accountabilities -
- Investigate and understand the current use of the HR system
- Define scripts, organise session and follow up the outcome of User Acceptance Testing
- Devising and delivering a suite of HR reports as well as providing Ad Hoc reporting
- Be a key stakeholder in the migration go-live decision
- Manage change requests to support the evolving needs of the organisation
- Ongoing key contact in the user support of the HR system
- Be the Subject Matter Expert and advocate of good practices
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting from this and other data sources, as required by the HR management team
- Devise and execute periodic and ad-hoc data integrity checks
Essential Skills -
- Advanced excel skills
- Good analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and systems
