Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong controls around the completeness and accuracy of accounting for invoiced revenues and receivables. You will manage and develop a small team across multiple locations, ensuring timely management and reporting of all aspects of Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer invoicing and cash collection activities.
- Maintain strong controls around accounting for invoiced revenues and receivables
- Pursue uncollected debt and maximise cash collections
- Support cash forecasting
- Manage bad debt write-offs and recoveries
- Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure aging is up to date
- Supervise sales invoicing and ensure correct VAT/CIS accounting
About you:
- Previous demonstrable, practical relevant experience in an Accounts Receivable environment.
- Highly motivated and able to work under their own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles
- Comfortable in a change environment
- Willingness to travel when needed
