We are partnering with a well known global property development and investment firm who are seeking to hire a Group Financial Reporting Manager on a contract basis.
Pay rate: £400-450 per day via umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Office based in Mayfair
This role will report directly to the Finance Director for the Group and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of financial reporting for a number of legal entities and the Group statutory returns under IFRS
- Group multicurrency financial consolidations
- Review of technical accounting matters
- Regulatory & Tax returns
This role will suit:
- A qualified accountant, 2+ years qualified (preference for ACA, ACCA, or similar)
- External audit trained
- Have had experience in a group financial reporting role
- Strong technical accounting skills under IFRS
- Real Estate investment firm or private equity experience or similar is a big plus
- Available to start in March or early April at the latest
