IT Systems & Network Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of networking technologies, including VLAN setups, IP subnets, switches, patch panels, and access points. Experience with LAN/WAN and wireless controllers is a must.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining VOIP systems, ensuring seamless communication across the company.
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS, along with proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and SharePoint Online.
• Support the installation and management of building security systems, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated with other IT infrastructure.
• Perform site visits to oversee various installations, repairs, and infrastructure setup as required.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and testing the latest technology trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
