KYC Systems Specialist (Fenergo) - 3-Month Contract (potential for extensions)
- London (Hybrid)
- Day Rate: £250 - £350 per day via umbrella
We're partnering with an established global fintech firm who are seeking a skilled KYC Systems specialist to support the build and optimisation of their Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) framework, with a key focus on the Fenergo (FenX) platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and customise the FenX (Fenergo) system to meet business and regulatory needs
- Review and confirm that configuration updates meet functional expectations
- Assist with user acceptance testing, resolving queries and adjusting configurations where needed
- Work closely with Product teams on requirements definition and validation outcomes
- Participate in issue resolution and defect management across the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure all work aligns with internal controls and governance standards
Requirements:
- Immediately available to start the contract or on a short notice period (max 2 weeks)
- Proven experience working with Fenergo (FenX) configuration (essential)
- Financial services experience (preferably within Banking or Fintech or Payments)
- Strong background in KYC and in gathering and translating requirements into solutions
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and escalate risks when necessary
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and delivery focus
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
