Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking for a new role where your skills will be valued and your contribution recognised? Our client is seeking a finance professional to join their established team and play a key part in maintaining the firm's financial integrity.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This position offers variety and responsibility, working closely with colleagues across all departments.

Main Duties

• Oversee client and office accounts in accordance with SRA requirements
• Accurately process payments, receipts and transfers
• Carry out daily bank reconciliations and maintain clear records
• Monitor client ledgers and ensure compliance at all times
• Assist with month-end and year-end procedures
• Provide support and advice to fee earners on financial queries

About You

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm is essential
• Strong understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident using legal accounting systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
