Join my clients dynamic Treasury team as they continue to grow! Reporting to the Head of Group Treasury, you'll collaborate closely with the Finance Planning & Analysis team to provide timely and accurate liquidity insights. Your role will involve understanding key business drivers, creating fact-based cash-flow budgets and forecasts, and producing essential liquidity metrics and dashboards.

In addition to supporting the wider Treasury team with daily activities like bank reconciliations and administration of bank accounts, you'll also handle ad hoc requests. Strong workload and deadline management skills will be crucial.

This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work 2-3 days per week in their Harrogate office.

What you'll do:

- Measure, analyze, explain, and understand liquidity performance through key performance indicators on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Provide analysis of liquidity results and trends to support leadership teams in their operational responsibilities.

- Collaborate with new acquisitions to understand their cash performance.

- Deliver relevant liquidity financial information to support the budget and forecast processes.

- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve best-in-class cash forecasting, including liquidity, leverage, and financial risk appetites.

- Conduct sensitivity analysis and back testing to continuously improve cash flow forecasting.

- Take responsibility for the Threshold Conditions 2.4 model for the segment platform.

- Perform bank reconciliations and provide support to the wider Treasury team.

- Assist in the audit program, both internal and external, as needed.

- Some travel may be required when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA.

- Understanding of management accounting, financial performance reporting, and financial control.

- Experience in an insurance or financial services environment
