Pay: £250-£275 per day via umbrella

A great opportunity to join a recognised alternative investment manager as a Loan Reconciliations Analyst. This six-month contract role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performing operations team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of cash and position reconciliations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of Loans to meet daily and periodic deadlines.
- Implement controls.
- Investigate and resolve aged items, including breach management and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with portfolio management, operations teams, and external admin to streamline reconciliation processes.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation issues while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Criteria
- Experience required - at least 3+ years in Loan Operations with a private credit fund, with recent experience in reconciliation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Operations and Reconciliations processing.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
