A rather unique Corporate Finance/M&A opportunity in Dublin working within a well renowned Corporate Finance boutique, one with an excellent pipeline of work going into 2024 and 2025 in spite of current market conditions.
The position is a full 360 Corporate Finance/M&A position focusing on both Public and Private Markets with the scope and autonomy that most crave in a Corporate Finance setting and with a clear M&A focus.
- Lead Corporate Finance & M&A deals from inception through to completion taking a sector agnostic approach utilising your excellent Commercial and Technical experience.
- Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions and advising the underlying client.
- Evaluating financial models and taking the lead on valuations where needed and appropriate.
- Carry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally)
- Review Excel and AI Based models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.
This opportunity will suit a Corporate Finance and or M&A professional who has gained at least 6years' experience within a Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or M&A environment across Investment Banking, Professional Services and or Corporate Development. You will be suitably tertiary qualified to at least Level 9 Masters level or ACA/ACCA/CAIA/CFA etc.
