An industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments is seeking a Management Accountant to join the team and support their growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare Franchisee management accounts
• Prepare variance analysis for Global Business review meetings
• Assist in implementing process improvements accounting processes
• Liaise with Franchise partners to resolve queries
• Support Head of Finance on budgeting and forecasting
• Balance Sheet reviews
• Main point of contact for audit
• Review quarterly VAT returns
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasting
• Calculate quarterly distributions/dividends
• Work on time sensitive ad-hoc projects

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Accountant with 2+ years PQE to help build and shape financial processes and systems required for a high growth Private Equity backed business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who brings passion, enthusiasm & focus to their work. Start-up/scale-up experience would be beneficial along with audit experience; however this is not essential.
