An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Management Accountant with a growing consumer brand in London's north-eastern suburbs. You will produce monthly management accounts and provide in-depth cost analysis to support informed decision-making and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly management reporting including P&L commentary and finacial performance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse costs related to new store openings and coordinate billing for franchisees
• Inventory and stock control
• Conduct detailed profit and loss reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability
• Perform in-depth analysis of overhead expenditures to support cost efficiency and budgetary control
• Report on group sales performance weekly, identifying trends and variances against targets
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgeting and forecasting reports

Successful Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Available immediately or at short notice
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and challenges
• FMCG retail/consumer sector (preferred)
