We are representing an Asset Manager in their search for a Paralegal to be based in their London Office. This role is perfect for a legal professional looking to learn and grow with in a successful Financial Services Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aiding qualified lawyers with wide range of commercial, corporate and technology matters, including drafting and negotiating all commercial contracts
• Dealing with any legal requests and queries from colleagues and third parties
• Completing general legal administrative duties such as allocation of work to the relevant lawyer
• Identifying more efficient processes for the Legal team to follow to ensure tasks are completed more effectively
• Liaising with external law firms
