We are actively seeking a Part Qualified Accountant for a well established and growing company in Runcorn.

The main duties include:

• Prepare and post journals for accruals, prepayments, and other month-end adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Support the development of improved reporting tools and dashboards for senior management.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and annual audits.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection and accurate cash allocation.
• Manage bank reconciliations.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
• Contribute to system enhancements and automation

Our client is looking for a candidate who:

• Is currently studying CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Has management accounts experience
• Has good Excel skills
• Has the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels
• Is used to working in a fast paced environment
• Is self motivated, with a positive approach
