This leading events company, based in their offices in Staines, is looking to bring in an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis to join their finance team in a temporary-to-permanent role. The duties incorporated within this role will include:
· Processing and raising invoices
· Dealing with bank reconciliations on a daily basis (very important)
· Handling the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
· Dealing with staff expenses
· Prepare client invoices
At least two years experience is required to be considered for this role and applicants must have strong bank reconciliations experience. Previous use of Sage AccPac is desired but not essential.
