Currently working exclusively with a Luxury Retail business to recruit a Part-Time Finance Manager to their growing team. The founder has ambitious growth plans over the next few years, it is such a great time to join the business. Making a direct impact from day 1 and playing a key role in the business growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you will be business partnering with them, leading on budgets and forecasts and helping to shape the financial future. This is a sole finance role which could progress into people management and senior leadership as the business grows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering with Senior Stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of the finance function from top to bottom
  • Budgeting/forecasting
  • Margin analysis
  • Stock reporting
  • Producing Management Accounts
  • Leading on the Month-End processes
  • VAT returns
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required

The role would suit a Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/AAT) or QBE profile with proven track record in a similar finance role. The ideal candidate will be a proficient self-starter, with strong leadership capabilities. Retail experience is desirable, with strong Excel and Xero skills advantageous.
