Salary: Up to £30,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
An exciting client of ours, a Top 15 Accountancy Practice in the UK, are growing their team. Looking to recruit for a Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll Manager. The position is based in Derby, looking for someone who is looking for that next move and ready to take on a new challenge.
Main duties include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients such as sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Processing end to end payroll for clients
- Supporting and catering to clients individual needs
- Communicate with clients regularly to ensure smooth process of payroll.
- Processing pays changes, leavers and new starters.
- Pension submissions
- Liaising with HMRC to make sure all documents are relevant and correct.
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced with processing end to end payroll.
- Experienced working in an accountancy practice would be advantageous.
- Have the ability to manage workload and use initiative.
- Experienced managing a client portfolio.
- Knowledge of Iris Payroll would be a plus.
- CIPP Qualification is desirable.
