Payroll Administrator

Manchester

£25,000 - £30,000

My client currently has an opening in their Payroll team for a Payroll Administrator to join on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours a week. They operate on a Hybrid model of 3 days in the Office and 2 at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing payroll as and when required
  • Completing payrolls from start to end whilst managing your own client portfolio
  • Collating and actioning calculations with any additions and deductions to gross pay
  • Inputting, checking and processing new starters and leavers on behalf of clients
  • Producing wage slips
  • Collating and actioning statutory payments
  • Producing the internal payroll invoice
  • Uploading and processing pension auto enrolment to providers
  • Managing applications for new PAYE schemes

Requirements:

  • Background working in an accountancy practice/bureau
  • Sage50 Cloud experience
  • Previous experience working in Payaroll
