My client currently has an opening in their Payroll team for a Payroll Administrator to join on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours a week. They operate on a Hybrid model of 3 days in the Office and 2 at home.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing payroll as and when required
- Completing payrolls from start to end whilst managing your own client portfolio
- Collating and actioning calculations with any additions and deductions to gross pay
- Inputting, checking and processing new starters and leavers on behalf of clients
- Producing wage slips
- Collating and actioning statutory payments
- Producing the internal payroll invoice
- Uploading and processing pension auto enrolment to providers
- Managing applications for new PAYE schemes
Requirements:
- Background working in an accountancy practice/bureau
- Sage50 Cloud experience
- Previous experience working in Payaroll
