We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client's growing team and deliver exceptional payroll services to a diverse customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle statutory payments (sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave) with confidence.
  • Coordinate salary disbursements and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for tax authorities and external providers.
  • Apply knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment regulations.
  • Provide outstanding client support and resolve payroll queries promptly.
  • Stay current with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' payroll experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and manual calculations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Payroll bureau experience.
  • Familiarity with PayCircle or Cintra software.
  • Professional payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP).
