The details

This position involves managing and reconciling a portfolio of Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) accounts and overseeing their manual transfer to new providers.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end SIPP administration across multiple books of business, including complex cases
Reconciliation and transfer management of client accounts to new schemes
Client service excellence, covering benefit calculations, drawdowns, disinvestments and bank reconciliations
Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, clients, IFAs, and receiving schemes
Leadership and mentoring, supporting junior colleagues and identifying process improvements

About you
The ideal candidate will bring:
Senior-level experience in SIPP or SSAS pension administration
Proven expertise in pension transfers
Strong knowledge of UK pension legislation and regulatory frameworks
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
Experience in training and supporting team members
