Private Client Tax Assistant Manager /Leeds- Hybrid / £45,000 DOE with Benefits

An opportunity to be part of an agile and innovative team that encourages you to shape your role and contribute to its growth. We're looking for a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to join a forward-thinking firm that continuously improves how it delivers client solutions.

The Role:

This is a client-facing role, where you will manage a portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals with complex tax situations. The role involves delivering accurate tax returns and providing expert advice on personal tax matters, adapting to changes in legislation and market trends. You will build strong client relationships and work closely with senior team members to ensure the best outcomes.

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients through the tax assurance process.
  • Prepare and review personal tax returns.
  • Offer tailored tax advice to clients based on their unique needs.
  • Conduct research and provide technical analysis on income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax matters.
  • Manage billing and work-in-progress.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify advisory opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and review their work to encourage professional growth

Skills:

  • Private Client Tax experience.
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA/ ATT qualified or working towards
  • Experience engaging with internal & External stakeholders
