Start your job searchThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Equity Fund Accountant to further develop their skills and experience within a dynamic and exciting environment.
They are very open to the level of candidate that they bring in so will look at more junior Fund Accountants/Fund Administrators and someone at the Financial Control level, as long as they have extensive experience in Private Equity on the Funds side. This requirement in non-negotiable.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily management of the private equity funds
- Preparation of carried interest and management fee calculations in accordance with the fund documentation
- Preparation of quarterly accounts and capital statements
- Preparation of the investor's drawdowns and distributions
- Preparation of audited annual financial statements
- Investment transactions support as required
- Implementing improvements in the financial reporting process
The successful candidate will also be able to start with less that two weeks notice. One month may be considered but the candidate would have to fulfil all of the essential criteria.
The role provides a great opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team whilst also broadening your experience within Private Equity.
