Your new Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Solution and Innovation team to provide administrative support to our various Product Managers. As a Product Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, scheduling, and reporting of all development activities tied to product and client initiatives.
This role is part of a small team of specialists we are bringing together to provide systems administration continuity for the organization. The team will be part of the Commercial function, working closely alongside our Product and Key Account Managers who will provide strategic product direction and customer relationship management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the development backlog to ensure tickets are prioritized & groomed appropriately
- Participates in sprint planning meetings to ensure delivery commitments are being met
- Participates in sprint retrospective meetings and providing feedback to the Product Manager
- Attends daily sprint dev stand-ups
- Prepares all required reporting
- Clearing obstacles
- Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product managers as well as others outside the team
- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of development and BI tools (Jira, SalesForce, Roadmunk, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Can work within tight timescales
- Thinks creatively
- Will work well in a team and with a wide range of people
- Is proactive and able to take the initiative
- Is able to motivate and inspire a team
- Is persuasive and diplomatic
