Innovation support

To support the development of a new way of working around Digital HR investments including the tracking of ideas, seeds, PoCs and projects. Assisting in developing the respective squads, working teams and forums

Agile project support

To support a number of new of key projects as a PMO / Project Analyst as they step through the lifecycle of a Scrum and other Agile methods. Projects include a review of the Learning administration model and machine learning / AI learning portal PoCs

Reorganisation support

To support the review and evolution of a few teams in line with the above

Experience / Skills needed:

• Basic Agile experience with academic / professional knowledge
• Basic visuals / design experience in tools like illustrator
• Immediate experience of project mgmt methods / tools
• Highly skilled in use of Office applications
