The details
Our client are a London University who are looking to bring on a Project manager to assist with panning and delivery functions across a range of strategic and institutional-wide projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across Regent's and external partners or suppliers.
- Support the day-to-day activities to ensure they progress against the agreed timescale, cost, scope, dependencies, risks mitigation, output, and outcome
- Coordinate the delivery of business-critical projects working with colleagues across the institution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs.
Recquired skills/ Knowledge
- Experience of supporting strategic and cross-institutional projects from creation through to delivery including developing a project plan, setting milestones, managing timelines, allocating resources and ownership, and monitoring progress.
- Expertise in delivering projects in a hybrid (on-prem / SaaS), multi cloud environment and awareness of the complexities that bring
- Experience of CRM or a similar software: functionalities, concepts, and best practices in order to understand the complexities and intricacies of the implementation process
- Previous experience in higher education beneficial
