Great opportunity for an entrepreneurial regulatory analyst to join a company who is making a substantial impact in supporting the Irish government as we continue to strive to Net Zero.
This regulatory analyst opportunity has arisen due to business expansion, & will play a key role in expanding the regulatory strategy across the business.
A day in the life..
- Collaborate with regulatory teams across the business & take lead on essential strategic regulatory needs across the Irish asset portfolio.
- Research, monitor, engage with specialists to ensure both local regulatory & macro-economic knowledge is current and relevant, to ensure solid business decision making both managing risk & identifying new opportunities.
- Liaise with Regulatory Authorities and other key stakeholders as required.
- Support the co-ordination of responses to industry consultations ensuring that EPUKI's overall strategy is properly represented.
- Pro-actively support in supporting overall business strategy by attending conferences, engaging in industry forums, trade groups etc
What you will need to qualify for this role..
- 2+ years' experience in regulatory/policy analysis role within the irish energy sector.
- Proven ability to conduct business research & communicate findings effectively, alongside identifying new business opportunities.
- Good communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the energy regulatory landscape in Ireland
