AVP - Regulatory Compliance (Provision 29 Project) - 9 Month Contract
- Location: London (Hybrid Working)
- Industry: Financial Services (Fintech)
- Pay Rate: £500 -£650 per day via umbrella (dependant on experience)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced AVP - Regulatory Compliance to join a key Provision 29 regulatory project for a reputable Fintech firm.
Accepted candidates will come from a 2nd line regulatory compliance role with experience working directly on Provision 29 initiatives. Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice period (max 2 weeks).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support regulatory compliance activities related to the Provision 29 project
- Conduct impact assessments and identify compliance gaps
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Business, and Technology teams
- Drive project implementation, remediation activities, and regulatory deliverables
- Prepare compliance documentation, reporting, and governance updates
- Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Regulatory Compliance experience
- Hands-on experience working on Provision 29 projects (mandatory)
- 2nd Line Regulatory Compliance experience within Financial Services (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
