A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Legal & Governance team within an impressive financial services group. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified governance professional, to step up into a visible, high-impact leadership role during an exciting phase of growth and transformation for the business!



The Role:

• Leading on drafting Annual Report for governance
• Assisting with the AGM, drafting the notices and working on listing matters (including announcements and obligations)
• Supporting and being main point of contact for the Risk Committee
• Leading the governance department's statutory and reporting compliance teams which will include share plans
• Managing a small team of governance professionals within their statutory and regulatory compliance team

Prior Experience:

• A qualified Chartered Governance Professional (ICSA or CGI) with at least 5 years of co-sec/governance experience
• Experience working within the secretarial or governance team of a listed company ideally within Financial Services.
• Must have supported committees and had some annual reporting experience
• Fantastic understanding of the Listing Rules, UK Corporate Governance Code & Companies Act
