This Senior Manager - Balance Sheet Modelling role is working for a leading Financial Services in Leeds! With stunning offices based in the city centre, you will be in the heart of the city.

Working as part of the balance sheet risk team, you will head up and be responsible for a while host of models including Financial planning, product pricing, asset & liability management, stress testing, as well as prudential risk and reg returns.

Leading these projects you will be able to influence and control the models landscape, working with several different stakeholders across the business at all levels. Giving you brilliant exposure to C-Suite, ensuring you will have the visibility needed to progress and develop.

This role is perfect for someone who's is looking for a challenge and wants to be able to make different instead of "turning small Coggs in a big wheel" you get to influence the bigger picture and ACTUALLY make a difference!

As my client is going through this growth period you will be a key member of the team. This growth period is going to affect the way my client runs (In a good way) meaning you will have a number of new challenges to take on as time goes by.

The main focus for my client is;

  • Able to interact with C-suite, able to communicate across all levels.
  • Quick learner and coachable attitude
  • A team mentality - while the team doesn't see each other all the time. They stay in touch and are constantly available for support.
  • Must have experience in modelling several of the above models.

Package;

  • £89,000
  • 35 hour working week (Can be taken over 4 days)
  • 15% pension
  • 12% bonus
  • Private health
