Iconic Food Brand based in Surrey is looking for hugely commercial and strategic Senior FM to undertake a pivotal position within the Commercial Finance Team. Deputising for the Head, this is truly a superb opportunity for a career minded individual to fast track promotions on delivery of great results. Working in a good sized team, this key individual will be responsible for a wide range of business critical initiatives and have daily interaction with the COO and HRD. Key responsibilities:

• Optimizing Store Economics - Leading a workstream to ensure continual delivery of a compelling investment cases for external community.
• Financial ownership of the XX owned stores controllable P&L lines
• Commercial Reviews - Prepare and lead the commercial insight annual review meetings with each of our growth partners
• Commercial validation of all new stores builds and refits
• Primary business partners to our Development, Operations and People teams

As you can see, there is a huge amount of variety and project based initiatives within this role. To be considered you will have experience in Retail, Food, FMCG or multi-site Property. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACMA) with c5-8 years of post-qualified experience. This role needs someone who is comfortable in engaging people at all levels, is focused on delivering exceptional results and able to lead, motivate and energise co-workers.
