Marks Sattin are currently supporting a growing and fast-paced business in Leeds to recruit a Part Qualified Senior Finance Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to take the next step within a commercially focused finance team.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering insightful reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision making. This role offers strong exposure across the wider finance function alongside clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of weekly and monthly management reporting
• Delivering detailed financial analysis and commentary on business performance
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
• Assisting with month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through analysis
• Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives
• Producing KPI reporting and performance dashboards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Previous experience within an analytical finance role
• Strong Excel skills and confident working with large data sets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
