Partnered with a leading Finance Transformation/Office of CFO team who is looking to hire due to double digit team growth. This team acts as strategic partner to the largest multinationals in Ireland as they build, reshape & future proof their Finance functions.

Ideal role for someone;

• With 3+ years experience in Finance Transformation with a large multinational
• A recently qualified accountant who doesnt see themselves working as an accountant or auditor
  
  

Your Key Responsibilities;

• Engagement Delivery - Work in multi-disciplinary teams to plan, execute and deliver finance-transformation projects on time and on budget - sample project Target Operating Model Design/Redesign, ERP Implementation etc
• Client Management - Build strong client relationships, manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and outcomes.
• Team Collaboration - High perfomance team where you will be encouraged to knowledge-share for continuous improvement purposes.

Ideal Background

• Experience: 3+ years delivering finance-function change, either in consulting or industry (working for a large multinational)
• Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; ACCA, CIMA, PMP or Prince2 a plus.
