A leading financial services firm is making a key senior hire to their wealth management team. This is a unique senior leadership role, combining client management and significant commercial responsibility.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

• Growing the regional Wealth Management business through new client acquisition, revenue growth and assets under management
• Managing and developing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, including entrepreneurs, business owners and families
• Identifying new market opportunities and contributing to the wider regional growth strategy
• Working collaboratively across Wealth Management, Investment Management, Financial Planning and Corporate Finance to deliver holistic client solutions
• Building strong relationships with professional advisors, centres of influence and the wider business community
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Senior Wealth Advisors and Wealth Management professionals
• Acting as a senior ambassador for the business across Cork and Munster
  
  About You
  
  We're looking for someone with:
• 10-15+ years' experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory or Financial Planning
• A strong track record of commercial growth, client acquisition and asset generation
• Extensive experience advising HNW/UHNW clients, particularly business owners, entrepreneurs and family groups
• Proven experience leading and developing client-facing teams
• A strong professional network across Cork/Munster and the credibility to represent a business at a senior level
• QFA qualification (with CFP or equivalent qualifications highly advantageous)
• Strong commercial judgement, client focus and regulatory awareness
  
  This would suit an established Wealth Management Director, Senior Wealth Advisor, Private Banking leader or senior investment/financial planning professional looking to take ownership of a regional franchise and play a key role in its continued growth.
